To all our Club Members,

It is with great regret that I advise everyone that one of our much-loved members, Peter de la Perrelle passed away peacefully at Grace McKellar on Monday 19th November, after a long and hard fight.  Peter’s 75 years will be celebrated with a private family memorial service.

As you all know, Peter had an infectious character, always with a smile on his face and loved his Wednesday rides - in fact, he was a true gentleman.  He will be missed by all his riding companions.

Peter’s son Mark said that Peter had two great loves in his life, “golf and riding his motorcycle”. In fact, Peter will be wearing his much-loved leather jacket and Ulysses Patch to his funeral - which is very symbolic of his love of motorbikes and his kin-ship with fellow members.

A sad loss to the club and to the regulars of the Wednesday ride, of which Peter was an enthusiastic participant.
